Membrane Chamber Plates

In general any standard plate can be installed in any existing filter press. Each connection size differing from standard can be adjusted by corresponding adaptor plates.

As an alternative to the above it is possible to produce special designs for tower filter presses, special filter press construction etc. by a corresponding mould.

Besides of usual thermoplastic materials a combinationof JVK membranes with metallic and anti-metallic materials is possible for example ductile iron and aluminium.
These materials are mainly used in combination with high temperatures and without Ex-range. It is JVK's speciality to meet any requirement of our customers.

Aluminum chamber plate 1200 x 1200 mm in combination with FKM (VITON) membranes	Membrane- and combination chamber plate 1200 x 1200 mm PVDF plate and EPDM membrane are electric dischargeable. Application at extremely high temperatures and/or with aggressive chemicals.
