Reference and Performance report about JVK Feed and Compression Filter Plates

A very well known manufacturer for Edible Oil in Malaysia:

After installation of 2 sets JVK feed and compression filter plates
with detachable membranes into our PKO filter presses in May 2008,
we can confirm as follows:

• We are pleased with the JVK plates
• the yield an IV of cpkst is good and consistent as the cpko
  does not drip into the stearin tank
• the infeed flow of cpko into the plates are smooth and no more
  half filled or uneven distribution into the plates

Temperature-Controlled Chamber Filter Plate – For efficient Cake Drying

With the new temperature controlled chamber filter plate (TCC)
in combination with the membrane filter plate (TCM)
a cake dryness of close to 100% can be achieved.
